Carnival of Laeken

On 25 May 2025, the streets of Laeken vibrated to the rhythm of the Laeken Carnival. Hundreds of people paraded joyfully to revive this colourful event, which once enlivened the Palais-Outre-Ponts neighbourhood in the 1960s: the 'Carnaval des Grosses Têtes'.

Building on the success of this first edition, the carnival returns with even more energy, creativity and participants.

Artistic workshops

Throughout the year, artistic workshops and meetings are organised to create this Carnival collectively. 

Parade

• 16h. Start at the Rue des Artistes 1
• 17h30-21h. Arrival at the Place Saint-Lambert and Parvis58 neighbourhood party with performances, food and drinks
