Disrupted telephone services

The telephone call centre of the City is currently experiencing technical failures. It is therefore sometimes difficult to contact the various services by phone. You can still request your documents online and on the citizen portal External site MyBXL, or make an appointment.

 

Liaison offices

Liaison offices are decentralized offices of the administration of the City of Brussels.

Liaison offices offer a convenience service in the district and allow to avoid going to the Brucity Administrative Centre (Rue des Halles 4 - 1000 Brussels). Several steps can be carried out there or certain acts and documents can be obtained. There are liaison offices in:

Only inscriptions at the Foreigners' Office are possible if the foreign citizen is a worker, professor, student or researcher who lives in the City of Brussels.
