Cemeteries of the City of Brussels
The City of Brussels has 4 cemeteries (graveyards) and a morgue.

The municipal morgue is accessible from Monday to Sunday by appointment from 8:30 am. to 3 pm. by calling 02 513 82 88 in advance.

The cemeteries are accessible each day from 8:30 am till 4 pm (last access at 4 pm, closure at 4:30 pm). They are closed on 25 December and 1 January.
All Saints Day 2021
Opening hours: on Sunday 31 October, Monday 1 November and Tuesday 2 November 2021, the cemeteries close at 5 pm (last exit at 4:30 pm).
Vehicles are prohibited in the cemeteries on the following days: 30 and 31 October and 1 and 2 November 2021.
People with reduced mobility
The Laeken cemetery and the cemetery of Brussels also have an electric cart. Thus, people with reduced mobility can visit the whole site.
Please note: these carts are available again, but a face mask and keeping distance are required.
Three brochures with historical facts, anecdotes and visuals provide a handy guide for visiting the Laeken Cemetery, the galleries of the Laeken Cemetery and the Cemetery of Brussels. Audio guides (in French and Dutch) are available as well at the entrance of these cemeteries (free of charge).
In Laeken you can download an educational tour for children (6-8 years and 9-12 years) on your smartphone. A paper version of the tour is available at the reception on request.
Each cemetery has his own guard who is at the service of visitors.
