Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.

Thursday from 1:30 pm to 6 pm. In the event of overcrowding, the management reserves the right to stop the distribution of tickets before closing time.

The possibilities in the office of Haren:

  • make a certified copy

  • ask for a legalization of signature

  • declare a change of address

  • mention a change of address on your electronic ID card

  • hand over acts from the register office records from abroad

  • obtain information

  • demand (by appointment) and retrieve E card
