The event on 19 April is the first in a series of 4 Earth Markets taking place in Brussels throughout the year.
The heart of the market beats to the rhythm of 15 to 20 stalls run by Slow Food producers and dedicated artisans. Vegetable growers, cheesemakers, bakers, livestock farmers, brewers, winemakers, preserve makers, producers of oils, cider, miso and condiments. Products sourced from practices that respect living things, offered by hands that know the earth, the seasons and the fire.
There will also be various street food stalls throughout the day run by chefs from the 'Alliance des Chefs Slow Food'.
