Playgrounds
Several playgrounds were put at the disposal of the children on the territory of the City of Brussels.
We distinguish the playgrounds from the multifunctional playing fields.
A playground is a public ground containing at least an equipment of playground (swing, slide, sandbox, spring machine). This equipment of playground is intended for amusement or for relaxation. It is intended to be used by persons under age 18. This equipment for collective use exclusively brings in the gravity or the physical strength of the child.
A multifunctional playing field is a public ground, physically bounded, containing generally 2 goals, intended for the practice of a sport.
