Quai au Foin project - Renovating and converting two ancillary buildings into housing

What is it about?

The CPAS of the City of Brussels is planning to renovate two buildings located at the foot of the Royal Flemish Theatre to create one three-bedroom single-family home and three one-bedroom flats, as well as a commercial space on the ground floor.

Currently derelict, these buildings are located in the protected area of the nearby impasse Vanhoeter.

Designed with sustainability in mind, these homes will meet exacting standards in terms of insulation, solar protection and energy efficiency (photovoltaic panels, rainwater recovery and use,...).

The project aims to provide comfortable, environmentally-friendly living spaces while playing an active part in revitalising the neighbourhood.
