Certain annexes concerning the items registered on the agenda can not be made public in accordance with the Law of 11 April 1994 on open government, the Law of 12 November 1997 on the public nature of administration in the provinces and municipalities, book XI of the Economic Code Law, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Law of 17 June 2013 on the justification, information and legal remedies for public contracts, certain contracts for works, supplies and services and concessions, and in accordance with the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 on public procurement in the ordinary sectors. These annexes are therefore not available to be downloaded.
