The Cemeteries' Spring event returns for a new edition! This year, for the first time, head to the cemetery in Neder-Over-Heembeek

To explore this cemetery, a range of free activities are on offer. Join the interactive guided tours, follow the fun route and immerse yourself in local history through a pop-up exhibition! An original way to discover or rediscover the funerary heritage, architectural richness and wildlife of this site.

Programme:

A guide will take you through the cemetery's paths to reveal the funerary symbolism and share some anecdotes about local history. Animated stops punctuate the walk. Get ready to be spellbound by talented artists!

This micro-exhibition offers both a historical and heritage perspective on the cemetery. The funerary symbolism of the Ro Chapel, the history of the Meudon Castle, the notable figures buried there, and the remarkable trees are all explored to help visitors better appreciate the richness of this little-known cemetery.
