The services at the counters of the Brucity Administrative Centre and the liaison offices will be closed on Thursday 14 May (public holiday) and Friday 15 May 2026 (bridge day). The Deaths Service will remain available by telephone on Friday 15 May on 02 279 34 20.

Works at the Square Marie-Louise

The City of Brussels is set to carry out works at the Square Marie-Louise. These works will start on Monday 25 May 2026.

Estimated duration of the works: 2 weeks, weather permitting.

What will change?

The City will resurface the road surface at the Square Marie-Louise, between the Avenue Livingstone and the Avenue Palmerston.

  • During the works, the pavements will remain accessible.
  • The road and parking area will be closed to traffic (see map (990.85 KB)).
  • Diversion signs will guide motorists.

These works will improve your comfort and safety.
