Change to the National Register

• To be European citizen or assimilated
• To be registered in the 'Waiting Register' or the 'Register of Foreigners'
• To have one's main residence on the territory of the City of Brussels

By e-mail, where your residence file is processed:

• Administrative Centre of the City of Brussels: europa@brucity.be
• The liaison office of Louise: newlouise@brucity.be

With an online taken appointment, at the counter of the Administrative Centre of the City of Brussels or the liaison office of Louise.

• National passport or national identity card
• Official act or document, as the case may be, that proves the update or correction to be made in your National Register file
  Please note: the document must be original, legalised/apostilled (if required) in the country where it was issued + translation by a sworn translator if the document is not in French or Dutch.
