On Sunday 20 March 2022, the compost discovery day in Brussels.
Why compost? What to compost? How to compost? Do you want to recycle your organic waste, but don't know how? The Compost Day throughout the Brussels Capital Region is there to answer all your questions.
Activities will take place all over Brussels. There will always be a compost near you:
Please note: from 2023, sorting food waste in the orange bag in Brussels will be mandatory. Each resident then has to choose whether to use an orange bag, start a private compost or use a compost site nearby.
