Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.

Open for public: 
from Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. The last ticket is given 15 minutes before closing.

Telephone reception: 
from Monday till Friday from 8:30 am till 4 pm

Closing periods: 
holidays, 14 May, 22 July, 13 August, 24 December, 31 December 2021

The ID card Service is only accessible by appointment for ID card and driving licence applications.
