Disrupted service on Monday 6 December

On Monday 6 December 2021, the services at the counters of the Administrative Centre and the liaison offices will be disrupted by trade union actions. You can always request your documents online or make an appointment. Disruptions are to be expected as well on the tram, bus and metro traffic: STIB.

Coronavirus measures: by appointment for all requests, without appointment for collecting ID cards, passports and driving licences. A face mask is required.

An online appointment is again possible for ID card, passport and driving licence applications.

Open for public: 
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 am to noon and from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, Thursday from 8:30 am till noon and from 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to noon. In the event of overcrowding, the management reserves the right to stop the distribution of tickets before closing time. Applications for and collecting ID cards and passports are only made by appointment.
