The address must be located within the territory of the City of Brussels.

For commercial occupations (terrace, display, stand), please contact the Trade Service for Horeca permits.

  1. Complete the occupation declaration form (205.70 KB).
  2. Submit your External siteapplication for an occupation permit via the regional Osiris platform.

Once your request for a temporary road occupation permit has been submitted, you can also apply to rent no parking signs from the City of Brussels.
