Booking of rooms in Brucity

Students can use certain rooms on the 8th floor of the Brucity Administrative Centre of the City of Brussels (Rue des Halles 4 - 1000 Brussels).

Study rooms are made available to students who live in the City of Brussels and are at least 16 years old:

Regulations

On each visit to Brucity, students must report to the reception desk on the 8th floor.

On the first visit to Brucity, students must present their online registration and reservation to gain access to the study rooms of Brucity. Upon presentation of a student card, identity card or any other means of identification, attendance at Brucity will be recorded. Students must renew their registration for each academic year through the online form.

Hiring rooms for associations

Are you a non-profit organisation looking for a place to hold your general assemblies, meetings,...?

Local associations with activities intended for the inhabitants of the City of Brussels will also be able to organise meetings at Brucity (8th floor, in the evenings between 6 pm and 9 pm.
