Student - booking of study rooms in Brucity
The City of Brussels offers students the opportunity to use a study room on the 8th floor of the Brucity Administrative Centre. These rooms are accessible free of charge upon registration and reservation.
The rooms are accessible during study periods:
- from 2 May to 30 June 2023
- from 25 July to 8 September 2023
The study rooms are open by reservation from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 9 pm, and on Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. They can accommodate up to 40 students per day.
Other study rooms are also available for students in various facilities in the city: Free study rooms for students
- Be a student
- Be over 16 years old
- To have one's main residence on the territory of the City of Brussels
To access the Brucity study rooms (Rue des Halles 4 - 1000 Brussels), 2 steps are necessary:
- Apply online for a study room registration: External site Study room registration
- External site Book a time slot (full day), by making an appointment online
A confirmation of the appointment is sent by e-mail.
If this is your first booking of a study room at Brucity, please come directly to the reception desk with the following documents:
- Identity card or any other means of identification
- Student card
- The e-mail confirmation of the registration, completed in advance via the link: External site Study room registration
- The e-mail confirmation of the appointment
On your first visit, you will receive your required Brucity access card.
If you have been to a study room at Brucity before, please come directly to the reception desk with the following documents:
