Student - booking of study rooms in Brucity

The City of Brussels offers students the opportunity to use a study room on the 8th floor of the Brucity Administrative Centre. These rooms are accessible free of charge upon registration and reservation.

The rooms are accessible during study periods: from 17 November 2025 to 16 January 2026.

The study rooms are open by reservation from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 9 pm, and on Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. They can accommodate up to 40 students per day.

From 17 November 2025 to 16 January 2026:

  • Be a student
  • Be over 16 years old
  • To have one's main residence on the territory of the City of Brussels

To access the Brucity study rooms (Rue des Halles 4 - 1000 Brussels), different steps are necessary:

  1. Apply online for a study room registration: External siteStudy room registration
    Registration is valid for one academic year and must be renewed each year.
  2. External siteBook a time slot (full day), by making an appointment online.
    A confirmation of the appointment is sent by e-mail.
  3. For each visit, please go to the reception desk on the 8th floor with the required documents to receive a numbered badge. The badge must be worn visibly in the building and returned to the reception on leaving.

The following documents must be presented at the reception desk on the 8th floor each time you visit:

  • Identity card or any other means of identification
  • Student card
  • The e-mail confirmation of the registration, completed in advance via the link: External siteStudy room registration
  • The e-mail confirmation of the appointment
