Louise liaison office (Population Service)

Coronavirus measures: by appointment for all requests, without appointment for collecting ID cards, passports and driving licences. A face mask is required.

An online appointment is again possible for ID card, passport and driving licence applications.

Open for public: 
From Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am till noon and from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Friday from 8:30 am till noon. In the event of overcrowding, the management reserves the right to stop the distribution of tickets before closing time.

Closing periods: 
holidays, 22 May, 20 July, 31 December 2020

Driving licence only by appointment.

  • Criminal Record extract

  • certificate of morality

  • resident card

  • certificate of life

  • demand for a domestic composition

  • demand for a certificate of registration in the population register

  • make a certified copy

  • ask for a legalization of signature

  • declare a change of address

  • mention a change of address on the certificate of registration

  • ask and retrieve electronic ID card (children and adults)

  • demand and retrieval of a passport

  • application and collection of a driver's license

  • hand over acts from the register office records from abroad

  • local resident card and parking cards

  • parental consent

  • obtain information

  • demand (by appointment) and retrieve E card



Passports can be requested and collected at the liaison office.
