Return of an urn from a columbarium
An urn can be taken from a columbarium under certain conditions.
Conditions
The leaseholder or the person in charge may take back the urn from the columbarium upon expiry of the contract.
If the columbarium has not yet expired, an additional exhumation licence is required.

By appointment, at the counter of the Administrative Centre of the City of Brussels taken:

Valid identity card or passport
Completed and signed application form for the return of an urn
Application for exhumation licence (if the columbarium has not expired)
