​Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.


Week of Biodiversity

From 17 to 23 May 2021 at various locations in Brussels.

In 1993, the United Nations introduced International Biodiversity Day, which takes place each year on 22 May. This global campaign aims to make citizens aware of the wide variety of plant and animal species on Earth. With that in mind, the City of Brussels is organizing the first edition of the Week of Biodiversity.
