Climate Plan - Mobility and public space
The transport of people and goods is responsible for a quarter of the Region's greenhouse gas emissions. And traffic also has a very negative impact on health.
The Climate Plan provides the City of Brussels with a coherent framework that complements regional initiatives to:
- encourage active mobility (cycling, walking) or shared mobility
- redevelop public spaces to make them places to live
