The Population and Civil Registry services (Citizen Affairs Department) are situated at the Brucity Administrative Centre (Rue des Halles 4). Several of these services are available as well in the liaison offices of Laeken, Neder-Over-Heembeek, Haren and Louise.
City services closed on Friday 26 December
