The Pacheco site, formerly a rest and nursing home, will soon be renovated to accommodate housing and collective services. To prevent these buildings from remaining vacant until the start of the works (in 2024), the Public Welfare Centre (CPAS-OCMW) of the City of Brussels is launching a call for projects to manage and coordinate the temporary occupation of the buildings.
Within the Heyvaert-Poincaré Urban Renewal Contract (URC), the City of Brussels and the municipalities of Anderlecht and Molenbeek jointly launched a project call to strengthen solidarity, mutual aid and social ties in the neighborhoods around the Porte de Ninove (Ninoofsepoort). Thanks to this call, 7 projects now get started with a budget of between 500 and 10,000 euros.
The City of Brussels is launching a call for applications to fill the vacancy of 5 temporary places in the public space (Food truck trail). Applications must be submitted before 29 March 2021 at 4 pm for an occupation from 5 April.
