The telephone call centre of the City is currently experiencing technical failures. It is therefore sometimes difficult to contact the various services by phone. You can still request your documents online and on the citizen portal External site MyBXL, or make an appointment.

Redevelopment works at the Rue Sainte-Catherine
The project involves the redevelopment of the Rue Sainte-Catherine as far as the Rue de Flandres and the Rue Melsens. With these works, the City of Brussels wants to completely redevelop the street into a pedestrian zone and make it as green as possible. The works will start on 6 February 2023 and will be divided into several phases.

The Consortium 12-12 is launching the action 'Syria - Turkey 12-12' to help the victims of the earthquake.
City of Brussels joins Deposit Alliance
On Monday 13 February 2023, the City of Brussels passed a motion on the introduction of deposits on PET bottles and cans. It therefore joined the Deposit Alliance ('Statiegeldalliantie - Alliance pour la Consigne').
International Solidarity call for projects 2023
In 2023, the City of Brussels will again support initiatives led by local associations within International Solidarity. The forms for obtaining grants are only available in Dutch and French.
'Equal Opportunities' project call 2023 #1
The City of Brussels supports local associations active in the field of equal opportunities through a project call. A first project call is being launched for 2023. Applicants for a grant should send the form below, at the latest by 15 April 2023.

The project to redevelop 5 streets in the Marolles quarter is under public enquiry until 16 March.
