The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.

The good weather has attracted a large number of visitors to the Bois de la Cambre (Ter Kamerenbos). Nevertheless, the coronavirus measures must still be respected, as well as keeping the public space clean. Therefore, clean up your waste when you leave a green space.

These residents of the European quarter held their first District Council at the end of February 2021. Their complementarity, expertise and experience will help to further develop the neighborhood and make the neighborhood more pleasant.

Aid for gas or electricity shut-offs

Shutting off gas or electricity may take place from 1 June 2021. From that date, the measures against the coronavirus (Covid-19), which prohibit these shutdowns, will no longer be extended (or only for a short period). Guidance and aid exist for people in difficulty.
